Questions can be better than answers.
A CEO I reported to early in my career taught me a lot by asking questions.
He could have given me answers, but by asking me questions he made me think in a different way, and he upped my game. When asking for feedback on a board paper I remember him asking me about the audience, and what they were interested in, what they needed to know, what questions they might have, and what questions they had to ask to do their job properly. Not only did it help me with my board paper, and every one thereafter, it showed me a tool to help others discover their own learning.
